Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Radiologist to join our diagnostic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting medical images to assist clinicians in accurate diagnosis and treatment. This role is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals, with structured training and mentorship provided to freshers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret imaging studies including X-rays, Ultrasound, CT scans, MRI, Mammography, and other modalities.
- Generate accurate and timely radiology reports for referring physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and surgeons in diagnosis and planning treatments.
- Perform and supervise ultrasound and fluoroscopy procedures.
- Ensure quality and safety standards in all imaging procedures.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and clinical case discussions.
- Supervise and guide radiology technicians and junior staff (for experienced candidates).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on imaging technologies and best practices.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, radiation safety guidelines, and medical ethics.
Requirements :
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Radiology or Diploma in Radiodiagnosis (RD).
- Valid medical registration from the Medical Council of India or respective State Medical Council.
- Freshers must demonstrate strong academic understanding and eagerness to learn.
- Experienced candidates should have proven skills in diagnostic imaging and reporting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with PACS/RIS systems.
- Competency in emergency radiology and cross-sectional imaging (for experienced).
- Good interpersonal and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technology and imaging protocols.
